Phó Giáo sư Tiến sĩ Võ Tất Thắng là Trưởng khoa Kinh tế của Đại học Kinh tế Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, đồng thời là Viện trưởng Viện Nghiên cứu Chính sách Nông nghiệp và Sức khỏe (HAPRI). Ông hoàn thành chương trình Tiến sĩ Kinh tế tại Đại học Quốc gia Úc vào năm 2016 và được bổ nhiệm chức danh Phó Giáo sư năm 2021.
