Giảng viên Nguyễn Hữu Lộc tốt nghiệp tại Hà Lan, Thạc sĩ ngành Kinh tế Phát triển, ISS – Erasmus University of Rotterdam. Nghĩ hưu năm 2023, có hơn 38 năm giảng dạy tại UEH, nguyên phó trưởng bộ môn phụ trách Kinh tế quốc tế.
Nghiên cứu của ông tập trung các vấn đề về thương mại quốc tế, FDI, tăng trưởng với các bài viết Hội thảo khoa học quốc gia, quốc tế và đề tài khoa học cấp bộ. Ông là đồng tác giả giáo trình lý thuyết và bài tập bậc đại học.
Các môn học đã giảng dạy gồm (i) Kinh tế quốc tế: khoa Kinh Tế, UEH (ii) Kinh doanh quốc tế: khoa Kinh Doanh Quốc Tế - Marketing, UEH (iii) International Business: Victoria University of Wellington BCom Joint Programme và (iv) International Finance: Vietnam – The Netherlands Programme, đồng thời ông cũng hướng dẫn thành công nhiều luận văn thạc sĩ thuộc chương trình này.
Các môn học đang giảng dạy: (i) Kinh tế vi mô, (ii) Kinh tế quốc tế: bộ môn Kinh Tế Học, UEH (iii) Marketing quản trị xuất khẩu nông sản: bộ môn Kinh tế Nông nghiệp, Tài nguyên và Môi trường, UEH.
Lecturer Nguyen Huu Loc holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics from the Institute of Social Studies (ISS), Erasmus University of Rotterdam. He retired in 2023 after more than 38 years of teaching at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), where he also served as Deputy Head of the Department of International Economics.
His research interests center on international trade, foreign direct investment (FDI), and economic growth. He has presented scholarly work at both national and international conferences and has contributed to ministerial-level research projects. In addition, he has co-authored undergraduate textbooks covering both theoretical frameworks and applied exercises.
Throughout his academic career, he has taught a wide range of courses, including International Economics at the Faculty of Economics (UEH); International Business at the Faculty of International Business and Marketing (UEH); International Business within the Victoria University of Wellington BCom Joint Programme; and International Finance in the Vietnam–The Netherlands Programme. He has also supervised numerous M.A theses in the Vietnam–The Netherlands Programme.
At present, his teaching portfolio includes Microeconomics; International Economics at the Department of Economics (UEH); and Marketing and Management of Agricultural Exports at the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources and Environment (UEH).
