Thạc sĩ Lưu Phước Dũng là giảng viên thỉnh giảng tại Đại học Kinh tế TP. HCM (UEH) và hiện giữ chức Phó Hiệu trưởng tại Đại học Công nghệ Miền Đông (MITVN).
Ông tốt nghiệp Cử nhân Kinh tế (Đại học Bách Khoa Đà Nẵng) và nhận Thạc sĩ Quản trị Kinh doanh (Monash, Australia, 1996).
Ông có hơn 35 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý và tư vấn trong các cơ quan hoạch định, tổ chức phát triển, chứng khoán và phát triển khu công nghiệp; từng đảm nhiệm vị trí Hiệu trưởng trường Cao đẳng Sonadezi, Cao đẳng Hoa Sen và lãnh đạo phòng ban tại các doanh nghiệp như Sonadezi Group, Công ty Cổ phần Chứng khoán Sài Gòn SSI. Ông cũng từng đảm nhiệm các vị trí Chuyên viên Cao cấp tại các tổ chức hợp tác quốc tế như SDC của Thụy Sỹ, tham gia nhiều dự án phát triển vùng tại Việt Nam cùng UNDP, ADB, Manaaki New Zealand…
Từ năm 2005, Ông tham gia giảng dạy các môn Kinh tế học, Kinh tế Vi mô, Kinh tế Vĩ mô, Thị trường Chứng khoán, Giao tiếp Liên Văn hóa… tại nhiều trường đại học và cao đẳng phía Nam Việt Nam.

Master’s degree holder Lưu Phước Dũng is a visiting lecturer at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and currently serves as Vice Rector at the Mien Dong University of Innovative Technology - Vietnam (MIT‑VN). He earned a Bachelor of Economics from Da Nang Polytechnics and Master of Business Administration (International Business and Marketing) from Monash University, Australia (1996).
He has over 35 years of management and advisory experience in planning agencies, development organizations, securities, and industrial park development; he has served as Principal of Sonadezi College and Hoa Sen Vocational College and held leadership roles at Sonadezi Group and Saigon Securities Inc. (SSI). He has also worked as a senior specialist with international cooperation agencies such as the Swiss SDC and participated in regional development projects in Vietnam with UNDP, ADB, and Manaaki New Zealand.
Since 2005, he has taught Economics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Stock Market, and Intercultural Communication at various universities and colleges in southern Vietnam.
