Huỳnh Kiều Tiên là một nhà giáo dục và mentor với hơn 15 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực giáo dục và phát triển con người. Cô tốt nghiệp Trường Đại học Kinh tế TP. Hồ Chí Minh (UEH) và bắt đầu sự nghiệp với vai trò giảng viên, sau đó mở rộng công việc sang quản lý giáo dục, phát triển chương trình, tư vấn định hướng đại học và phát triển tiềm năng cho học sinh.
Công việc của Tiên tập trung vào việc đồng hành cùng người trẻ trong hành trình hiểu bản thân, khám phá năng lực và xây dựng con đường học tập phù hợp. Bên cạnh hoạt động giảng dạy và tư vấn, cô cũng tham gia phát triển các chương trình học gắn với thực tiễn và thúc đẩy sự kết nối giữa nhà trường với doanh nghiệp, nhằm giúp người học hiểu rõ hơn về thế giới nghề nghiệp và chuẩn bị tốt cho tương lai.
Cô tin rằng giáo dục không chỉ xoay quanh thành tích hay điểm số, mà còn là quá trình giúp mỗi người phát triển sự tự tin, khả năng lãnh đạo và ý thức về giá trị của bản thân trong xã hội.
Ngoài công việc chuyên môn, Tiên là mẹ của ba con và luôn quan tâm đến những câu hỏi lớn về sự trưởng thành, lựa chọn cuộc đời và vai trò của giáo dục trong việc hình thành những cá nhân tự do, có trách nhiệm với cộng đồng. Với Tiên, giáo dục ý nghĩa nhất khi giúp mỗi người hiểu rõ mình là ai và có thể tạo ra giá trị tích cực cho xã hội.
Huynh Kieu Tien is an educator and mentor with over 15 years of experience in education and human development. She graduated from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and began her career as a lecturer before expanding her work into education management, program development, university counseling, and student potential development.
Tien’s work focuses on accompanying young people in the journey of understanding themselves, discovering their strengths, and building meaningful educational pathways. In addition to teaching and advising, she has also been involved in developing practice-oriented learning programs and fostering connections between educational institutions and industry. Through these efforts, she aims to help students gain a clearer understanding of the professional world and better prepare for their future careers.
She believes that education is not only about grades or achievements, but also about helping individuals develop confidence, leadership capacity, and a sense of their own value within society.
Beyond her professional work, Tien is a mother of three and is deeply interested in broader questions about personal growth, life choices, and the role of education in shaping individuals who are both independent and responsible members of their communities. For Tien, education is most meaningful when it helps individuals understand who they are and empowers them to create positive value for society.
