Bảo có bằng cử nhân Kế hoạch hoá kinh tế quốc dân tại UEH (1989); bằng thạc sĩ Kinh tế phát triển tại Viện Khoa Học Xã Hội Hà Lan (1995); bằng tiến sĩ Kinh tế học tại đại học Công Nghiệp Osaka, Nhật Bản (2002); bằng sau tiến sĩ tại đại học Humboldt, Cộng Hoà Liên Bang Đức
I have been teaching at the UEH since 1989. I have awarded the bachelor’s degree in National Planning in 1989 at the UEH; I have awarded the Master’s degree in Economics of Development in 1995 at the Institute of Social Studies, the Hague, the Netherlands; I have awarded the PhD’s degree in Economics in 2002 at the Osaka Sangyo University, Japan; I have awarded the Post-Doctor’s degree at the Humboldt University, Germany.
