TS. Nguyễn Khánh Duy là Giám đốc Chương trình Đào tạo Cử nhân Kinh tế đầu tư.
Cách đây khoảng 20 năm, ông là chuyên viên quản lý dự án Giáo dục Đại học tại UEH (phối hợp giữa Ngân hàng Thế giới và Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo); và là đồng giảng viên tại Chương trình giảng dạy Kinh tế Fulbright.
Hiện nay, bên cạnh việc điều phối chương trình đào tạo, Ông Duy dạy học, nghiên cứu và tư vấn cho các công ty/tổ chức, chính quyền về các dự án có tính liên ngành giữa kinh tế phát triển, chính sách công, kinh doanh và kỹ thuật công nghệ. Ví dụ, trong vài năm gần đây, Tiến sĩ Duy đã tham gia nhóm nghiên cứu của HEPZA và UEH trong việc xây dựng đề án phát triển các khu công nghiệp và khu chế xuất trên địa bàn TP.HCM đến năm 2030; chủ trì Báo cáo đánh giá tác động kinh tế xã hội của 15 năm đầu tư bởi Tập đoàn Intel tại Việt Nam (tài trợ bởi Intel Products Vietnam); chủ nhiệm đề tài nghiên cứu về đầu tư vào vốn con người và năng suất lao động trong các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa (SMEs) (tài trợ từ IDRC Canada); chủ nhiệm đề tài về phát triển lý thuyết thay đổi và đánh giá tác động của chính sách hỗ trợ đào tạo và tư vấn kinh doanh cho các SMEs, v.v.
Ngoài ra, một số nghiên cứu của ông và các cộng sự đã công bố trên tạp chí Cogent Economics & Finance, International Journal of Emerging Markets, Sustainable Production and Consumption, v.v.
Dr. Nguyen Khanh Duy is the Director of the Bachelor’s Program in Investment Economics.
Approximately 20 years ago, he served as a project management officer for the Higher Education Project at UEH (a collaborative initiative between the World Bank and the Ministry of Education and Training) and was a co-lecturer at the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program.
Currently, in addition to program coordination, Dr. Duy engages in teaching, research, and consultancy for various corporations, organizations, and government agencies. His expertise focuses on interdisciplinary projects bridging development economics, public policy, business, and engineering technology. For instance, in recent years, he joined a research group from HEPZA and UEH to develop a strategic plan for Ho Chi Minh City’s industrial parks and export processing zones through 2030. He also chaired the Socio-Economic Impact Assessment report for Intel Corporation’s 15-year investment in Vietnam (sponsored by Intel Products Vietnam). Furthermore, he has served as the Principal Investigator for research projects on human capital investment and labor productivity in SMEs (funded by IDRC Canada), as well as projects developing Theories of Change and conducting rigorous impact evaluations of business training and consultancy policies for SMEs.
His research, conducted alongside colleagues, has been published in reputable journals such as Cogent Economics & Finance, the International Journal of Emerging Markets, and Sustainable Production and Consumption, among others.
