Seminar in Valuation between UEH and Lakeland College (Canada)

The meeting between UEH (Vietnam) and Lakeland College (Canada) was hold on 28th April 2017. The Canadian students, are learning The Real Estate Appraisal and Assessment program, and Valuation Students – Economics School had the interesting interaction time. The lecturers and students shared and discussed essential topics in Vietnam and Canada, including: the property situation (market and policy), the property valuation (standards and guidelines). The agenda was be hold with 2 sessions: the presentation with general information in the morning, and the group discussion with the further and critical details.
